This policy explains how Muscle Health Pty Ltd (ABN 91 663 674 128), an Australian company trading as Chris Webb Fitness and Team Webbs (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your personal information. We handle it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We coach clients around the world, so if you live outside Australia we also respect the privacy rights your local law gives you, including the GDPR in the UK and EU and state privacy laws in the US.

01What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email, phone number, country and city.
• Health and fitness information: your goals, measurements, progress photos, training and eating habits, injuries, medical conditions, medications, and any blood test results you choose to share. This is sensitive information, and we only collect it with your consent.
• Payment details: handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.
• Website and ad data: pages you visit, how you found us, and the device you use, collected through cookies and tools such as the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Our coaching is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

02How we collect it

From you directly: through our website forms, Facebook and Instagram lead forms and messages, booking a call, phone calls, emails, check-ins and our coaching app. Some information is collected automatically when you use our website.

03Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and book your strategy call.
• To deliver your coaching, build your plans and track your progress.
• To take payments and manage your membership.
• To send you information about our coaching. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

UK and EU residents: we use your information to perform our contract with you (delivering your coaching and taking payment), with your consent (your health information, marketing and non-essential cookies), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business. You can withdraw consent at any time.

04Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

• our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector)
• our booking tool (Calendly)
• our payment provider (Stripe)
• our coaching app provider
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and Hotjar, for advertising and analytics
• our email provider, accountants and professional advisers

We’re based in Australia, and our providers store data in Australia, the United States and other countries. If you live elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and stored in those countries. We use reputable providers and, where the law requires it, rely on safeguards such as their standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

05Photos and testimonials

We’ll only use your photos, results, name or story in our marketing with your written consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

06Keeping it secure

We store your information with reputable providers that use encryption and access controls, and we limit access to the people who coach you or run the business. We keep it only as long as we need it to coach you and meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

07Your rights and complaints

Wherever you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing chris@chriswebbfitness.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

• UK and EU residents can also ask us to restrict or stop using their information, object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format.
• US residents can also opt out of their information being used for targeted advertising. Email us and we’ll action it.

If you have a privacy concern, email us first and we’ll try to fix it. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, or to the data protection authority where you live.
